Kidney Wales Foundation pioneering organ donation campaign


The Donate Wales Tell a Loved One campaign, funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and led by the Kidney Wales Foundation, sees nine major charities come together for the first time in the UK to tackle the shortage of donors.  It's also the first time there's been an organ donation campaign unique to Wales. click here

Lostprophets Star Kidney Wales Ambassador for Young People

Lead singer of Welsh rock band Lostprophets, Ian Watkins, met staff and patients at the Children's Kidney Centre in Cardiff after becoming an Ambassador for Young People for the Kidney Wales Foundation. His mother Elaine had a successful kidney transplant in 2007
